Your product is solid.
But your story isn’t landing.
Let’s fix that.
Lucid Works helps early-stage product teams craft clear messaging, better copy, and a story your prospects can actually follow.
Think your story is landing?
Here’s how to tell if it’s not.
People land on your homepage and still ask, “Wait, what do you actually do?”
Prospects confuse you with others in your category, or worse, forget you altogether.
Your team’s pitching the product five different ways—depending on who’s in the room.
The first 10 minutes of every sales call are spent just explaining what your product does.
You’ve listed all the awesome features, but your prospects don’t see what’s in it for them.
Any of that sound familiar?
What I can help with
I work with early-stage startups to bring clarity to the story they’re trying to tell—across the site, the pitch, the deck, and beyond.
Positioning & Messaging
Because clear value is what turns interest into action.
What you’ll get
- A sharp positioning framework that sets you apart
- Messaging pillars that connect with the right audience
- Clear ICPs and personas (not bloated, actually useful)
Website Copy
Your homepage should make it obvious why someone should choose you.
What you’ll get
- Wire-level copy for your homepage, product, or landing pages
- Clear, benefit-led headlines and CTAs
- SEO-conscious copy that reads like a human wrote it
Launch & Campaign Content
Launching isn’t shipping, it’s storytelling.
What you’ll get
- Website and email copy to get attention and drive action
- Messaging that ties the launch together across channels
- Sales one-pagers & quick internal guides your team can actually use
Case Studies
Your best stories are the ones your customers tell
What you’ll get
- Full case study, from first draft to final polish
- Clear, compelling narrative that your prospects actually want to read
- Built for sales conversations, not just your blog
What you’ll walk away with
Not just better copy. A clearer, stronger story that sticks, both internally and externally.
A narrative your whole team can align on
Web copy that makes what you do clear and why it’s worth caring about.
Sales and pitch decks that tell a clear, consistent story
Messaging that works across your site, calls, and investor decks
How it works
Here’s how we’ll work together. We’ll keep it clear, collaborative, and focused on getting your story to land.
01
We talk
You walk me through where things stand, what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention.
02
I dig in
I review your existing messaging, website, pitch, sales calls, and other relevant assets and look for what’s missing or muddled.
03
We align
I share early drafts, walk you through the thinking, and refine the work with your input so we land on something clear and on-point.
04
You roll it out
Messaging that’s ready to plug into your site, pitch, and sales materials
👋🏽 Hi, I’m Priya Veembur

About me
I’m Priya Veembur, the founder of Lucid Works and a Full-Stack Product Marketer with over 14 years of experience—4+ years in product marketing, and more than a decade in content marketing and journalism.
I started Lucid Works to help early-stage product teams tell their story better. Because too often, great products go unnoticed—not because they’re missing features, but because their value isn’t coming through clearly.
My career has mostly focused on B2B SaaS startups, where drinking from the firehose is just part of the job. I’ve launched products, built GTM strategies, and shaped messaging that actually lands.
Before product marketing, I co-founded a content agency, where I learned how to build high-impact campaigns and solve client challenges on the fly. And before that, I was a journalist at national dailies, chasing stories and learning how to tell them right. Turns out, that skill comes in handy in tech too.
If you’re looking for someone to bring structure to chaos and craft strategy that sticks, or just want to talk shop over a coffee, let’s connect.
